Websites, ordering and AI for restaurants and cafés
A restaurant website has three jobs: show the menu and hours without making anyone hunt, take the order or the reservation, and stop the phone ringing with questions the website should answer. Everything below is built around those three.
What a restaurant needs its website to do.
Be the place people pick from the car
Most restaurant searches happen on a phone, often while moving. Hours, menu, photos and a tap-to-call button have to load in a second and be right.
Take the order without a third party
Online ordering and reservations on your own site keep the margin and the customer relationship, instead of handing both to a delivery app.
Keep the menu current without a developer
Specials, prices and sold-out items change daily. Updating them has to be a text to me or a sentence to your AI assistant, not a ticket.
Stop answering the same five questions
"Are you open?", "Do you have gluten-free?", "Can we bring a dog?", "How long is the wait?" An AI assistant answers them from your own information, day or night.
Three ways to get there, written for restaurants and cafés.
Every option is hosted, secured, monitored and kept current for you. You get a written plan and a launch date before anything starts.

Questions from restaurants and cafés.
Can you connect online ordering to the point-of-sale we already use?
Usually, yes. Most modern point-of-sale systems expose ordering or menu data I can build against. We confirm which one you run in the first meeting before promising anything.
How do I change the menu or hours?
Text or email me and it is done, usually within the hour, because routine changes are part of every site. On an AI-enhanced site you can also tell the assistant "we are out of ribs tonight" and it updates the menu.
Will this replace the delivery apps?
It gives you your own ordering channel with no commission, which is where you want regulars to order. Whether you keep the apps for discovery is a business decision we can look at with real numbers.
Do you build for food trucks and bakeries too?
Yes. A food truck site is mostly a schedule, a menu and a way to book events; a bakery is pre-orders and pickup times. Both fit the same packages.
