Websites, appointment requests and check-in kiosks for practices

A practice website has to answer the questions the front desk answers all day, make requesting an appointment painless, and look like a place people trust with their health. The kiosk and AI work takes check-in and intake off the front desk entirely.

Goals

What a practice needs its website to do.

01

Answer "do you take my insurance" before the call

Insurance, hours, new-patient forms, parking and what to bring are the questions that tie up the desk. The site and an AI assistant answer them.

02

Make the appointment request easy and safe

A request form that collects only what is needed and hands off to your scheduling system, so patient details never sit in the website.

03

Shorten the line at the front desk

A check-in kiosk finds the appointment by name and date of birth or phone, in English or Spanish, and completes intake on the patient's phone.

04

Be the obvious choice for new residents

New families in Hall and Jackson counties search for a dentist before they drive past one. Reviews, photos and a clear services list decide it.

AI kiosk

A check-in kiosk in the waiting room

Patients find their appointment by name and date of birth or by phone, in English or Spanish, complete intake on their own phone, and urgent symptoms are flagged to the desk. Privacy is built into every screen.

FAQ

Questions from medical, dental and clinics.

How do you handle HIPAA and patient privacy on the website?

By keeping protected information out of it. Forms collect only what is needed to request an appointment and hand off to the systems your practice already uses. Nothing clinical is stored in the website, and the kiosk shows nothing that another patient could read.

Can the AI assistant give medical advice?

No, and it is built not to. It answers practice questions such as insurance, hours, preparation and policies from your own information, and directs anything clinical to the office or to emergency services.

Can the kiosk work with our practice management software?

That depends on the software and what it exposes. We confirm in the first meeting. Where there is no integration, the kiosk still handles check-in and notifies the desk with a live board.

Do you work with chiropractors, therapists, vets and optometrists too?

Yes. Any appointment-based practice has the same shape: questions to answer, appointments to request, a waiting room to run.
